We invite you to engage in a transformative workshop centered around the resonance process. Together, we will investigate the diverse aspects of healing from trauma and fostering resilience for those impacted by both natural disasters and political turmoil. By probing into our deeper emotional triggers, we can uncover life-and-death scenarios from our early life experiences, as well as the collective trauma inherited from our ancestors.
