Constellations are a powerful awareness process for self-reflection and understanding how you can become stuck in disruptive life patterns that repeat themselves. It sheds new light on entanglements, unconscious contracts and relationship blocks in the family and helps interrupt generational cycles of suffering, alienation and dysfunction. 

• Heal painful life experiences (divorce, single parenthood, adoption, abortion, etc.)

• Uncover reasons for physical and emotional suffering and take steps to healing

• Experience movement after being stuck       

• Deal positively with severe illness and death of family members    

• Build and deepen relationships

It is all about a journey that you can take through the layers of the good and the bad, the right and the wrong of the systems you belong to, discovering where you are free and where you are bonded. Blind love and loyalty during different periods of your life can block your essential healthy Self from leading your life. The essential Self guides you to your destiny and helps you to live your life's purpose.

In constellations, we work with you to find the hidden dynamics in the various relational systems you are a part of and make them visible and workable. This could be within the family system, the system of the present-day family unit, in present or past relationships, work related systems, education or career etc. It could also concern the inner system of your psyche of inner parts, mirroring outside world dynamics.

You can actively participate in the workshop by having your own constellation, addressing your own issue or intention. Alternatively, you can also observe and take part in someone else's constellation. These are two different ways to be involved in the workshop.
